WRITING WORKSHOP FOR WOMEN
“Imperfect Writing as a Skill”
Are you working on a thesis, essay or literature text (prose)? Are you unsure about the current state of your text? Or are you struggling with writer’s block and perfectionism? You’re not alone! Through hands-on work with text material, we will playfully overcome the expectation of writing a perfect text on the first try. Together we will create “shitty first drafts” as an important step in the writing process. Your own current writing projects will serve as the basis for peer feedback. The workshop will be an open space for discussion, sharing experiences, guided writing exercises and mutual feedback on the texts.
Who: students, writers, anyone working on a current writing project (women only)
When: Wed, 29. November | 6 – 9 PM

Anna Wäger (she/her) is a freelance writer, designer and production manager based in Vienna. She studied Theatre, Film and Media Theory in Vienna and Photography in Linz, Austria. Her research has been published in the ZfM, Zeitschrift für Medienwissenschaft (Journal for media studies).
