تصميم المباني لاعادة التدوير: حلول من أجل مستقبل أخضر
بينما يواجه العالم تحديات بيئية يعيد المخططون الحضريون و المعماريون و شركات المقاولات التفكير في دورهم. أصبح التصميم الدائري يمثل بديلا مبتكرا حيث يتم تحويل النفايات الى موارد مما يجعل الاستدامة جزءا أساسيا من عملية البناء. لكن هل يمكن لهذه الأساليب الجديدة أن تحول بالفعل طريقة البناء المتبعة؟ يسعدنا الإعلان عن محاضرة لتوماس روم وهو خبير رائد في التصميم الدائري والذي سوف يقوم بتقديم مشاريع مستقبلية تجمع بين الأهداف البيئية و الاعتبارات الاقتصادية. وفي هذه المحاضرة سوف يتعرض لأسئلة مثل: كيف يمكن أن يقلل البناء الدائري من الآثار البيئية للمشاريع الكبرى؟ ما هى التحديات العملية لاستخدام أساليب التصميم الدائري في التطور الحضري؟ و ما هى الابتكارات المطلوبة لجعل النهج الدائري تقنية قياسية في مجال البناء؟

توماس روم مهندس معماري و مدني مقيم بفيينا. كما انه خبير رائد في التصميم الدائري. وكمؤسس لشبكة باوكاروسيل التعاونية والتي تركز على إحلال و إعادة استخدام مواد البناء فان روم يعمل علي التنمية الحضرية المستدامة و مشاريع البناء الكبرى بالجمع بين الأهداف البيئية و الاقتصادية. بالإضافة الى ذلك فانه يقوم بتدريس “البيئة للمهندسين المعماريين” بالعديد من الجامعات بالنمسا بما فيهم جامعة الفنون التطبيقية بفيينا

Re-imagining Building: Circular Solutions for a Green Future
As the world grapples with environmental challenges, urban planners, architects and construction companies are rethinking their role. Circular building has emerged as an innovative alternative, turning waste into resources and making sustainability an integral part of the construction process. But can these new methods truly transform the way we build? We are excited to announce a talk by Thomas Romm, leading expert in circular construction, who will present forward-thinking projects that combine ecological goals with economic considerations. In his talk, he will address questions such as: How can circular building reduce the environmental footprint of large-scale projects? What are the practical challenges of implementing circular construction methods in urban development? And, what innovations are needed to make a circular approach the industry standard?

Thomas Romm is a Vienna-based architect, civil engineer and leading expert in circular construction. As the founder of BauKarussell – a cooperative network focused on deconstructing and reusing building materials – Romm works on sustainable urban development and large-scale construction projects, integrating ecological and economic goals. He teaches ‘Ecology for Architects’ at several universities in Austria, including the University of Applied Arts Vienna
