We are delighted to invite you to a special conversation on Some Things Never Change, moderated by Mohamed Abla, one of Egypt’s most renowned contemporary artists. In dialogue with architect and artist Jarosław Dobrowolski, Abla will explore the stories, techniques, and inspirations behind this remarkable collection of ink sketches, which capture the enduring beauty of Cairo’s historic architecture and streets.
With his deep artistic insight, Abla will guide the discussion, offering a fresh perspective on Dobrowolski’s work and the role of drawing in preserving memory, space, and time.
Part of the Cairo, My Love series, this event accompanies the exhibition Some Things Never Change, running until 6 March 2025.
