MOSTRA

La bellezza nelle piccole cose

Ecco il filo conduttore che unisce le fotografie in mostra: due artisti, Peter Nicholas (Egitto) e Jessica Cammarata (Italia), hanno cercato di catturare la bellezza nascosta nei gesti quotidiani, apparentemente semplici, come l’affetto di una madre, lo sguardo genuino di un bambino o l’espressione di un venditore ambulante, dimostrando che ogni vita merita di essere raccontata.
Le loro fotografie cercano di rendere visibile ciò che è interiorizzato, trasmettendo emozioni attraverso i tratti del viso ed il linguaggio del corpo. La fotografia diventa così un atto di condivisione, una sorta di diario visivo. Spinti dal desiderio di osservare e documentare il loro ambiente, i due artisti immortalano ciò che li circonda.

 “الجمال في الأشياء الصغيرة“

هو موضوع  يربط بين الصور المعروضة. حيث يسعى كلا من الفنان المصري بيتر نيكولاس و الفنانة الأيطالية جيسيكا كاماراتا إلى التقاط الجمال الخفي في الإيماءات اليومية البسيطة، مثل عطف الأم، والنظر الأصيل للطفل، أو تعبير بائع الشارع، مُظهرين أن كل حياة تستحق أن تُحكى.

تهدف صورهم إلى الكشف عما هو داخلي، ونقل المشاعر من خلال تعبيرات الوجه ولغة الجسد. وبالتالي، تصبح الصور الفوتغرافية عملا يمثل المشاركة، بمثابة يوميات بصرية. بدافع الرغبة في مراقبة محيطهم وتوثيقه، يلتقط الفنانان العالم من حولهم.

الأربعاء الخامس والعشرين من سبتمبر – الساعة السابعة مساءً – معرض المعهد الثقافي الإيطالي بالقاهرة.

The Beauty in Small Things

This is the theme that connects the photographs presented. The two artists, Peter Nicholas (Egypt) and Jessica Cammarata (Italy), have thought to capture the beauty hidden in everyday gestures, seemingly simple, such as a mother’s affection, the genuine gaze of a child, or the expression of a street vendor, showing that every life deserves to be narrated.
Their photographs aim to reveal what is internalized, conveying emotions through facial expressions and body language. Photography thus becomes an act of sharing, a kind of visual diary. Driven by the desire to observe and document their surroundings, the two artists capture the world around them.
