The Czech Centres proudly presents the Heroines project for the first time in Egypt, while cooperating with Egyptian and international partners. The Egyptian heroines were captured by the students from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Helwan University. The original exhibition was created in 2020 in cooperation with the Czech Centres and the Ladislav Sutnar Faculty of Design and Art of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen by Renáta Fučíková, featuring Czech Heroines, and exhibited in more than 25 countries. The exhibition in Egypt is being held under the auspices of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Cairo.
Our first exhibition of Czech and Egyptian Heroines will take place in Aswan, Khufu Hall of TOLIP Hotel, at 12:30pm, on the 6th of March, until the 9th.
