CAIRO JAZZ FESTIVAL 2023 – « OZMA »

أدت العديد من الحوارات والتبادلات السخية إلى تغذية أعمال موسيقيي OZMA وصقل رؤيتهم، تحت إشراف عازف الدرامز والملحن ستيفان شارلي.

السبت 28 أكتوبر – من الساعة 1 ظهرا حتى الساعة 10 مساء  المعهد الفرنسي بمصر- المنيرة 

Fondé à Strasbourg en 2002, le quintette de jazz OZMA compte huit albums à son actif ainsi que plus de 500 concerts dans 42 pays sur quatre continents, et représente également une multitude de créations collaboratives et multidisciplinaires avec des artistes du monde entier, doublée d’une véritable sensibilité pour la musique et l’image. Cela se concrétise à travers la réalisation de spectacles intégrant les arts visuels, des concerts-photos et de nombreux concerts cinématographiques mettant en avant des chefs-d’œuvre du septième art.

De nombreux dialogues généreux et échanges ont continuellement nourri le travail des musiciens d’OZMA et aiguisé leur vision, sous la direction du batteur et compositeur Stéphane Scharlé.

Founded in 2002 in Strasbourg, the OZMA jazz quintet has eight albums to its credit, over 500 concerts in 42 countries on four continents, and embodies a multitude of collaborative, multidisciplinary creations with artists from all over the world, coupled with a genuine sensitivity for music and image. This is reflected in the organization of performances integrating the visual arts, photo concerts and numerous film concerts featuring masterpieces of the seventh art.

Under the direction of drummer and composer Stéphane Scharlé, many generous dialogues and exchanges have continually nourished the work of OZMA’s musicians and sharpened their vision.
