لاحتفاظ بالانسانية في عهد الذكاء الاصطناعي – أسئلة أخلاقية وقانونية
يسعدنا الإعلان عن محاضرة حول التأثير العميق للذكاء الاصطناعي علي الحياة اليومية من وجهة النظر الأخلاقية والقانونية. سوف يقوم بالقاء المحاضرة خبير الذكاء الاصطناعي النمساوي ماتياس كيتيمان بالخوض في موضوعات ملحة: من يتحمل مسئولية الحوادث التي تسببت بها السيارات ذاتية القيادة؟ كيف نستطيع منع تحيز الذكاء الاصطناعي في فرز استمارات التوظيف؟ وهل تستطيع أنظمة الأسلحة ذاتية التشغيل العمل بدون التحكم البشري؟ الغرض من المناقشة هو إزالة الغموض عن تطورات الذكاء الاصطناعي اثناء تشجيع الغوص في الإشكاليات الأخلاقية التي تشكل المستقبل العالمي
عن المحاضر
الأستاذ الدكتور ماتياس كيتيمان هو رئيس قسم النظرية القانونية ومستقبل القانون بجامعة انسبروك بالنمسا ويرأس برامج بحثية بمعهد لايبنيتز لبحوث الميديا بهامبورج ومعهد هومبولت للانترنت والمجتمع ببرلين (ألمانيا). وقد قام بتقديم استشارات في مجال إدارة التكنولوجيا وتنظيم الذكاء الاصطناعي لليونسكو ومجلس أوروبا ومنظمة الامن والتعاون في أوروبا والبرلمان الأوروبي و الألماني والعديد من الوزارات بدول مختلفة

TALK: Being Human in Times of AI – Ethical & Legal Questions
We are pleased to announce a talk on AI’s profound impact on everyday life from an ethical and legal perspective. The talk will be given by the Austrian AI expert Matthias C. Kettemann, who will explore some of the fundamental questions that arise. For example, who is accountable for accidents caused by self-driving cars? How do we prevent AI bias in job recruitment? And, can autonomous weapons systems operate without human control? The discussion is set to demystify AI developments, making them accessible and relevant, while encouraging a deep dive into the ethical dilemmas shaping the global future.
A b o u t
Professor Dr. Matthias C. Kettemann is head of the Department for Legal Theory and Future of Law at the University of Innsbruck (Austria), and leads research programmes at the ‘Leibniz Institute for Media Research’ in Hamburg and the ‘Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society’ in Berlin (Germany). He has advised UNESCO, the Council of Europe, the OSCE, the European and German Parliament, and various ministries in several countries on technology governance and AI regulation.
