We are happy to announce master classes for violin with the Austrian violinist Marianne Brandstettner. Outstanding violin students will get the opportunity to refine their skills in an intensive 4-hour training.
************************* Who: advanced violin students or young professionals. Setting: The master class is organized as a group workshop. You will have an individual session (30 min) which will take place within the group setting. You should be present for the whole 4 hours of the class. Teaching Language: English
************************* About Marianne Brandstettner
Marianne Brandstettner is an Austrian classical violinist who currently holds the position of Tutti First Violin at the Cairo Symphony Orchestra. Furthermore, she is a member of the Cairo Classical Ensemble. Marianne has worked as a violin teacher for all ages at “Landesmusikschulwerk OÖ” (AT) and “Clare Music Makers” (IE). She has played with distinguished orchestras such as the Philharmonices Mundi (Austria), Junges Tonkünstler Orchester Bayreuth (Germany) and the Irish Chamber Orchestra (Ireland), amongst others. Marianne Brandstettner holds a Master’s degree in “Classical String Performance” from the University of Limerick in Ireland.
