في إطار عمل برنامج الإقامات الفنية لاتحاد المعاهد الثقافية الوطنية الأوروبية 2023، ينظم الإتحاد بالتعاون مع معت|مركز القاهرة للرقص المعاصر ورشة عمل مفتوحة للرقص المعاصر مع چوليا ماريا كوخ. المشاركة متاحة لجميع الراقصين من خلفيات الرقص المعاصر.

عن الورشة:
تتضمن الورشة عملية مسح كامل للجسد، يتبعه بعض التركيبات التدريبية المعتمدة على العنصر الأرضي، استخدام الوزن، التنسيق الحركي، و التخيل بهدف التوغل في الحركة. و يتم مشاركة و تقديم جملة مكتوبة فى نهاية الورشة.
عن المدربة:
چوليا ماريا كوخ، مصممة رقصات مقيمة في برلين. تم دعوة أعمالها للعديد من المهرجانات الدولية للرقص والأفلام مثل: مهرجان جدانسك للرقص (بولندا)، مهرجان ماس دانزا (جزر الكناري)، مهرجان بريزما (بنما)، مهرجان شتوتجارت للرقص والمسرح – صولو، اولم موف (اولم-المانيا)، مهرجان الإسكندرية الدولي للمسرح المعاصر بمصر، مهرجان المسرح التجريبي بالقاهرة، و غيرهم من المهرجانات الدولية.
تلقت چوليا العديد من الجوائز لأعمالها مثل: الجائزة الخاصة لأرت لاجونا – فنيسيا، إشادة خاصة من مهرجان إن-شادو للأفلام – لشبونة، الوصول للمرحلة النهائية في جائزة سكرينجراب للفنون – أستراليا، الجائزة الثانية في المسابقة الكوريجرافية – شباديل، إسبانيا، الجائزة العامة من مهرجان رولوت لأفلام الرقص- مكاو ، وأخيرًا جائزة أفضل راقصة من مهرجان القاهرة الدولي للمسرح التجريبي 2021.
In the framework of EUNIC Art Residency 2023, in collaboration with MAAT|CCDC – Cairo Contemporary Dance Center, EUNIC Egypt organizes an open contemporary dance workshop with the guest artist, Julia Maria Koch. The workshop is open to all dancers from contemporary backgrounds.

About the class:
The class/ workshop consists of a body-work-session (body-scanning) followed up by some sequences exercising the contact to the floor, using the weight, coordination and imagination to navigate and dive through the movement. At the end of the class I will share and introduce a small piece of repertory.
About the instructor:
Julia Maria Koch Is a choreographer and lives and works in Berlin. Her work has been invited to numerous international dance-(film)- festivals and choreographic competitions such as Gdansk Dance festival/Poland, Masdanza Festival/Canary Islands, Prisma Festival, Panama City/Panama, Solo-Tanztheater Festival Stuttgart, Ulm Moves! Festival, Ulm/Germany, Alexandria International festival for contemporary theatre, Alexandria/Egypt, CIFET Festival Cairo/Egypt and many more.
She has received several prizes for her work, including the special prize at the Arte Laguna Prize in Venice/Italy, Special Mention at the Inshadow Film Festival in Lisbon/Portugal, finalist at 7th screengrab Art Prize/Australia, Second Prize choreographic Competition in Sabadell/Spain, Public Award in Rollout Dance Film Festival Macao/China and “Best Dancer” at CIFET Festival 2021 in Cairo/Egypt etc.
