Re-thinking the medium of photography: Workshop with Anna Carina Roth

The Austrian Cultural Forum is proud to present a specialized workshop on art practice in photography conducted by Austrian artist Anna Carina Roth

The workshop addresses artists interested in re-thinking the way of working with photography. How does the digital influence the perception of photography? Using materials of analog in combination with digital photography practice is encouraged. By questioning the idea of image making, the participants will be guided to develop an art project and have the chance to participate in an exhibition at the end of the workshop

About Anna Carina Roth

Anna Carina Roth participated in several exhibitions in Austria, Germany, Serbia, Luxemburg, and Greece. In 2022 she got the START-Scholarship for Artistic Photography of the Federal Ministry of Culture in Austria as well as the Emanuel and Sofie Fohn Scholarship. The Vienna-based artist graduated from the School Friedl Kubelka of Artistic Photography in 2017, pursued a degree in communication studies at the University of Vienna in 2019, and is currently continuing her studies in Fine Arts with a focus on photography and site-specific art at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna, Austria

ورشة عمل في مجال التصوير اعادة التفكيرفي التصوير مع الفنانةالنمساوية آناكارينا روت

يتشرف المركز الثقافيالنمساوي بتقديمورشة عمل متخصصةفي فن التصويربقيادة الفنانة النمساويةآنا كارينا روت. ورشة العمل مخصصة للفنانين المهتمين باعادة التفكير في أسلوب العمل الفنيفي مجال التصوير. ما هو تأثيرالرقمية علي مفهوم التصوير؟ يتم تشجيع دمج استخدام المواد التناظرية معا لرقمية. ومن خلال طرحالاسئلة الخاصة بفكرة التصوير سوف يتم قيادة المشاركين لتقديم عمل فني واتاحة الفرصة لهم للاشتراك في معرض عند انتهاءورشة العمل.

عن آنا كارينا روت: لقد شاركت آناكارينا روت في العديد من المعارض بالنمسا والمانيا وصربيا ولوكسمبورج واليونان. وفي عام ٢٠٢٢حصلت علي المنحة الدراسية START للتصوير الفني والمقدمةمن وزارة الثقافة بالنمسا هذا بالاضافة الي المنح الدراسية Emanuel and Sofie Fohn لقد تخرجت الفنانةالمقيمة بفيينامن المعهد العالي Friedl Kubelka للتصوير الفني فيعام ٢٠١٧ ثم حصلت علي شهادة عليا في دراسةالاتصالات من جامعة فيينا عام٢٠١٩ وحاليا فإنها تستكمل دراستها في مجال الفنون الجميلةخاصة في مجالالتصوير والفنون بجامعة الفنون التطبيقية بفيينا بالنمسا.

L’Austrian Cultural Forum è orgoglioso di presentare un workshop specializzato sulla pratica artistica nella fotografia condotto da un artista austriaco Anna Carina Roth

Il workshop si rivolge ad artisti interessati a ripensare il modo di lavorare con la fotografia. In che modo il digitale influenza la percezione della fotografia? L’uso di materiali analogici in combinazione con la pratica della fotografia digitale è incoraggiato. Mettendo in discussione l’idea di creazione di immagini, i partecipanti saranno guidati a sviluppare un progetto artistico e avranno la possibilità di partecipare a una mostra alla fine del workshop

A proposito di Anna Carina Roth

Anna Carina Roth ha partecipato a numerose mostre in Austria, Germania, Serbia, Lussemburgo e Grecia. Nel 2022 ha ottenuto la borsa di studio START per la fotografia artistica del Ministero federale della cultura in Austria e la borsa di studio Emanuel e Sofie Fohn. L’artista viennese si è diplomata alla Scuola Friedl Kubelka di fotografia artistica nel 2017, ha conseguito una laurea in studi di comunicazione presso l’Università di Vienna nel 2019 e attualmente sta continuando i suoi studi in Belle Arti con particolare attenzione alla fotografia e all’arte site-specific presso l’Università di Arti Applicate di Vienna, Austria
