Nubian Nights Vol. 3

For the third time in a row, NubiaVest is bringing you another Nubian Night this month, with more businesses showcase, panel discussions and heart-warming Nubian performances.

If you wonder why the Nubians cling to their cultural heritage?

Nubia is the land of gold, but in the sixties, most of its lands and villages were flooded after the construction of the High Dam. Its people flocked to different areas across Egypt, leaving behind their homes but holding onto their rich cultural heritage over the years while passing it on through the next generations.

At NubiaVest, we believe in our role in restoring our ancestral heritages. This month, we are pleased to collaborate with our main partner, Startup Haus Cairo, which is hosting Nubian Nights 2022 on the ground for the third time in two years. This exhibition will feature a mix of cultural ideas presented by the amazing singer Jamal Nubian, along with a lot of Nubian entrepreneurs who will present their eco-friendly fashion and artwork during the entire event. يسعدنا هذا الشهر أن نتعاون مع شريكنا الرئيسي ، Startup Haus Cairo ، الذي يستضيف Nubian Nights 2022 على الأرض للمرة الثالثة خلال عامين. سيضم هذا المعرض مزيجًا من الأفكار الثقافية التي قدمها المغني الرائع جمال نوبيان ، إلى جانب العديد من رواد الأعمال النوبيين الذين سيقدمون أزياءهم وأعمالهم الفنية الصديقة للبيئة خلال الحدث بأكمله.

La Nubia è la terra dell’oro, ma negli anni Sessanta la maggior parte delle sue terre e dei suoi villaggi furono allagati dopo la costruzione dell’Alta Diga. La sua gente si è riversata in diverse aree dell’Egitto, lasciando dietro di sé le proprie case ma conservando il proprio ricco patrimonio culturale nel corso degli anni tramandandolo alle generazioni successive.

In NubiaVest, crediamo nel nostro ruolo nel ripristinare le nostre eredità ancestrali. Questo mese siamo lieti di collaborare con il nostro partner principale, Startup Haus Cairo, che ospita Nubian Nights 2022 sul campo per la terza volta in due anni. Questa mostra presenterà un mix di idee culturali presentate dalla straordinaria cantante Jamal Nubian, insieme a molti imprenditori nubiani che presenteranno la loro moda e opere d’arte eco-compatibili durante l’intero evento.
